12 months Product Warranty Statement

In this warranty :

We means authorised service centre for repairs & replacement of parts on behalf of the importer/reseller.

You means the consumer of the goods within the meaning of the Australia and New Zealand consumer law.

Place of Purchase means the authorised reseller, retailer, distributor or wholesaler that sold you the Goods in Australia or New Zealand.

Importer/reseller means the authorised reseller, retailer, distributor, or wholesaler who imported the goods into the country that is responsible to comply with the local consumer law and product warranty.

Goods means the product(s) accompanied by this warranty & purchased in Australia or New Zealand.

Warranty Period: 12 months of domestic use from the date of purchase or 3 months if the goods have been used commercially. The warranty applies only to goods and services supplied to the consumer in Australia & New Zealand for repairs under warranty, the purchaser must produce a valid invoice or other sufficient evidence of purchase to the authorised service centre, otherwise, charges will be applicable at a nominal rate.

Freight: This Warranty covers expenses for inspecting and repairing the product during the warranty period. In the event of goods requiring repair under warranty, the consumer is responsible for the cost of transportation and transit insurance. The product shall be delivered by the consumer at their own discretion/expense to the designated premises together with a valid proof of purchase by an authorised reseller. All defects will be repaired at the premises of the authorised service centre.

Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to the consumer guarantees and other rights and remedies in respect of the product which the consumer has under the Australian Consumer Law.

New Zealand: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the consumer guarantees Act 1993.

In addition to any rights and remedies you may have under other laws relating to the goods, the importer/reseller will provide you with the following warranty:

1. If during the first 12 months of domestic use from the date of purchase, or during the first 3 months if the goods have been used commercially (warranty period), there is a defect in the goods due to improper workmanship or material, we will repair or replace the goods without charge. If we repair or replace the product, the repaired or replaced product shall continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty period.

2. The warranty is for the repair or replacement of defective components with components of the same value or comparable quality. This is a 'like for like' policy, and is not a 'new for all replacement' policy. If the goods consist of a number of accessories, we may choose to only replace the defective accessory.

3. We will return the repaired/replacement product back to the consumer in good working condition. All replaced faulty products or components will become the property of the authorised service centre.

4. The product can be personally returned to the original place of purchase for product replacement, credit voucher or refund.

5. We reserve the right to add, delete or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

6. Products relating to LCD/LED display: Due to the complexity of LCD/LED, dead or bright pixels may sometimes occur. If the following occurs within 30days from the date of purchase, you may request for a replacement at our service centre:

(a) 4 or more dead pixels*/bright pixels** anywhere on the screen

(b) If there are only 3 dead pixel/bright pixels within 5mm of each other

* 'Dead pixel' – a pixel on the LCD that shows no light

** 'Bright pixel' – a pixel on the LCD that shows only 1 colour (usually white) and no other colour.


7. The warranty provided under clause 1 is limited to replacement of the goods only. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for

(a) Consequential loss or any other loss or damage caused to property or persons arising from any cause whatsoever;

(b) Breakables such as glass and ceramic items;

(c) Damage to consumable items; and

(d) Deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear

(e) Service cost arising from failure to correctly adjust the controls of the product or to observe the instructions, or inspections that reveal that the product is in normal working order

(f) Extended/onsite warranty purchased through a third party. In this case, you will need to contact the place of purchase of the extended/onsite warranty

(g) Cleaning of video or audio heads (where applicable)

(h) Inadequate receiving antenna signal (where applicable)

(i) Replacement of worn or used batteries or other consumables

(j) Recovery from any software updates, installation and removal of the application software, or any loss of data storage(where applicable)

(k) Second hand products

(l) The product serial number has been removed, erased, altered, tampered or is illegible;

(m) We are not obliged to replace the goods under clause 1 if the defect or damage arises from accident including spillage of food or liquid, built up of dirt or dust, fire, misuse, unauthorised alterations, incorrect voltage connection, lack of reasonable care, thunderstorm activities, infestation by insects, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or operation with extreme heat or humidity or lack of ventilation.

(n) The defect was caused by unauthorized Firmware/Software Download;

(o) The customer's failure or refusal to install engineering changes or upgrade or enhancements recommended by us

(p) Damage or loss caused during transportation of the product;
